I used spinach for the greens in this smoothie. Spinach is a powerhouse greens filled with niacin, zinc, calcium, iron and even protein!

Super Green Smoothie
1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks
1/2 of a medium banana
Juice of 1/2 a fresh lemon
2 cups fresh spinach
1 cup coconut water (more for a thinner smoothie)
Put the spinach into a blender and add coconut water. Puree until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients then blend again. Pour into your favorite drinking vessel and enjoy!
